At Well Cells Supplements, we are committed to providing high quality wellness products and excellent customer care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of health and supplement products, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused items.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used supplements • Damaged products caused by misuse or improper storage • Gift cards or promotional items • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@wellcellssupplements.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

EU Consumer Rights
